For over 20 years, the California Children’s Hospital
Association (CCHA) has been advocating on behalf of the
State’s eight, private, freestanding children’s hospitals. The
Association works with state and national leaders to
address issues impacting the hospitals’ ability to provide the
best care possible to the children of California, especially
those with special and complex medical conditions.

access to high quality pediatric health care, and ensure the
long-term viability of children’s hospitals.

access to high quality, cost effective primary, preventive and
specialty health care services.
CCHA is looking for a lobbyist to join our team. This
position reports directly to the President and CEO and requires a
working knowledge of health policy issues and the state and
federal legislative process. With minimal supervision,
the Director of Government Affairs provides leadership on state
and federal legislative, administrative and regulatory issues
related to children’s hospitals and pediatric health
care. Duties include:
